Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the services of Axon Marketing Agency LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms. We operate as a digital marketing agency, utilizing strategic partnerships to fulfill the marketing services listed on our services page.

01Services & fulfillment

We provide digital marketing management for the published service tiers. Fulfillment of those services (including SEO, paid ads, and Google Business Profile management) is completed using our proprietary relationships with trusted third-party fulfillment partners. Axon Marketing Agency LLC remains your sole point of contact and is responsible for the quality of service delivered.

02Payments & billing

All payments are processed through secure third-party billing systems. Fees for management services are distinct from advertising spend (paid directly to platforms like Google or Meta). We never add a markup to your ad spend. We do not store credit card information on our local servers.

03Month-to-month, prepaid terms & setup fees

Services are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month by default. You may instead choose an optional prepaid bundle term of 3, 6 or 12 months, which is paid up front for the full period at the price in your written plan. Prepaid months are non-refundable, including if you cancel early. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.

04No guarantees

Search rankings, map-pack positions, ad performance, leads and revenue depend on platforms and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead or sales result. We provide the deliverables listed for your service tier.

05Founding-client offer

The founding-client offer is limited to the first 10 clients and ends when all spots are filled or on December 31, 2026, whichever comes first. Founding clients receive 25% off the monthly fee on the services they sign up for, locked for 12 months from their start date while the account stays active, and the setup fee is waived. In return, we ask for a short written or video testimonial after 90 days. No review on any platform is required. The founding discount does not combine with bundle pricing, except that founders who prepay 6 or 12 months receive an extra 5% off. Founding accounts remain month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

06Reporting

Clients receive the report included with each active service tier. Reporting is powered by our technology partners and presented under the Axon Marketing Agency brand for your convenience.

07Termination

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless you choose a prepaid term. Either party may terminate for convenience with thirty (30) days' written notice by email to hello@axonmarketing.agency. Services and fees continue through the end of the notice period. Cancelling a prepaid term stops renewal but does not create a refund for months already paid (see section 03).

08Liability

Axon Marketing Agency LLC is not liable for fluctuations in platform algorithms, ad costs, or market-wide performance changes beyond our reasonable control.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
